Re: Lee/CF

Good day to you, Maya, and to everyone else of course.

I continue to feel a little unwell, somewhat “hung-over” in fact; dazed, heavy-headed, exhausted, and still unable to breath correctly. I was in such a state yesterday I almost drove to see my sister as I really felt like I needed to be with someone (totally unlike me…my goodness!), so I am especially grateful to those here who made me relax as well they could. (And I was certainly not offended by white tiger’s original post; I was rather glad not to be walking around on all fours, though.)

What really disturbed me was the throat-swelling, the choking and apparent compulsion to vomit out my thyroid! That experience was enough to ensure that I never go near cacao again. (And as an aside, I have eaten two different brands of cacao, both have made me feel similarly awful. Hm, learn the lesson…) Anyway, the heart palpitations, the anxiety bordering on panic-attack, the pin-head eyes, the complexion of necrophagia, etc, etc., are all gone, and I believe the cabbage and sea salt was something of a blessing from beyond. Oddly though, I am now craving bread of all things, and salt… (??)

And yes, I also believe that cacao is toxic to me! Perhaps not to everyone, but then we are not all the same. It makes me behave extremely strangely…I even booked an appointment today to have my hair cut on Wednesday. Peculiar times…;)

Fresh cabbages from the garden sounds wonderful…and possibly cucumber, and olives…mmm, olives!
