Hello - You can wait to take your HUMAWORM. It is hand ground, weighed and pack into capsules the day it's sent to you - so it is as fresh as possible. Just store it in an airtight, cool, dark place. You can take P&B Shakes at the same time as taking HUMAWORM - just take it at bedtime or at noon so it won't interfere with the HUMAWORM herbs. Thanks!
