Hello - Well, a parasite cleanse depends on a healthy digestive system and a properly working colon. Most ALL parasites and toxins are removed through the colon. This is why it needs to be in good shape. If a person has problems with constipation or diarrhea, then I personally recommend that a psyllium based colon cleanser be done at the same time as a parasite cleanse. Psyllium swells to 50 times it size and acts like a sponge to soak up toxins - bind loose stoosl AND it also will trap and remove built up fecal matter that can be the cause of constipation. This is the only type of colon cleanser that I recommend taking while also taking HUMAWORM. Some other types of bowel cleansers have herbs that might interact badly with the herbs in HUMAWORM. These types of bowel cleansers should be done BEFORE taking HUMAWORM.
