Got "kicked off" the internet, didn't think this had posted, and by the time I had rewritten it, bingo, there were suggestions. Amazing!
I was doing a coffee enema when I got into this mess, trying to flush my liver , so I think I'll skip that suggestion for now ;-)
I'll take some vitamin c, and maybe even drink a drop of oregano oil; it's kind of funny--I'm trying to do these "healthy things" to try to dig out of deep depression/fatigue, but generally stay fairly physically okay and now I feel like crap emotionally AND physically. Guess I really SHOULD cultivate more of a gratitude attitude (you don't appreciate feeling okay until you HURT).
