I don't know if I'll ever use a "hot water enema bottle" again--the whole thing really rattled me. The vitamin c helped, and I took some essential oil (high grade) that my neighbor had.

Where would I find disposable enema bags at a good price? I guess it WOULD be more reassuring to see that everything was clean.
