WOW! That's pretty intersting what you do. I might have to try it myself. When I first went on a fast with water and green juice I ended up in the hospital after 5 days in ketoacidosis. But I still wanted to reap the benefits of obstaining from normal foods and to lose weight.
So then I read about an apple fast designed to help diabetics lower their insulin and tried it. It worked! I felt great the whole time and came off it with much lower insulin needs that have stayed low.
