I've been using it for a week, so I don't have a full-on testimonial yet; here's what I've noticed so far. The volume of my bms seems to be more than my intake of food. I am passing "pellets" of what I assume to be toxic, dried up old fecal matter and/or mucus. I posted a qustion a few days back about what to eat while taking this stuff, Here's Lapis reply:
For instance, Last night for dinner I had a carrot/cabbage/radish juice. Today I've eaten 2 oranges, a decent amount of Watermelon & some raw cashews & almonds....and I've had 2 sizable bms.
And I'm not hungry! And I can EAT!! SO...I do believe that my body is ALREADY assimilating nutrients better! :)
