I just got my Okra Pepsin E3 in the mail today. I'm glad to hear you are noticing improvements so soon. I don't want to over stress my body while I am doing the Humaworm cleanse, but the OPE3 sounds like it might be mild enough to use at the same time. When I first dealt with a Tapeworm almost three years ago, my Naturopath had me take enzymes along with the cleanse, so I'm hoping combining these two cleanses will be appropriate. I have 4-6 months to get my overall health improved before facing probable spinal surgery. Improving the assimilation of nutrients seems like a good place to start. Tweet
