It is always to follow the order of the cleanses, but most people do not. So, it would be good to do the parasite cleanse first, but you do not have to.

The ornithine helps absorb the toxins that will be released in your body during the liver cleanse. You don't have to take it. A couple of my cleanses, I did not take it.
