HOT/COLD is great for a healthy person. The not so healthy will sweat out water and the waste get trapped in the skin, the hot/cold along with bad diet ages the skin via accumulated solid waste being trapped.

The sitz bath method removes the waste, restores the skin, stops death and is the number 1 cure all humans can do on this earth, not one thing compares unless we are talking about sleeping naked in shallow hole and I doubt many will ever try that but even children can do the sitz bath.

To harden the body only cold is used. I my self do not mind the hot then cold as a therapy of circulation, but don't suggest it to anyone who is constipated in any way.

I like to set in a hot tub and then jump into a cold swimming pool at a hotel and hope to someday have something here at the house that I can go from 105 degrees to 55 degrees back and forth easily.

Hot/Cold somewhat OK, just COLD is better and just sitz bath is best if I had to rate the benefits.
