The most powerful exercise all can do is to remove all their cloths and stand barefoot in the open air. The entire body exercises to maintaine perfect body tempature. Once your skin learns how to live once again, it can with stand 110 degree weather or sub zero weather with no cloths on.
Only when a person has normal skin can they have normal health.
To apply poisons to the skin does great harm. Today most modern skin creams/lotions etc. all have titanium added also called other names (edta)or can not be listed on the label, etc. All the smelly chemicals all have to be absorbed and expelled by the body through the elimination organs, a near impossible job when the person applies them daily.
Try this:
Take a wet warm wash rag and wash your body.
Then redo it with cooler water.
Then cooler.
The as cold as the tap water can be.
You have just completed the strongest healthiest exercise in just a few minutes. Once adapted to this, you can stand in the bath tub with pure cold water and reach down with the wash cloth and wash your body, then get out and take your hands and slap your entire body until dry. This slap-bath will increase circulation, strength of skin and increase longevity.
The so called gym exercises when over done will harm the skin and god forbid the person spray perfume all over the body so they don't smell at the gym or can smell others. To cover up rotted food smell (BO) with more chemicals is double trouble.
