I guess what makes the most sense is that I have at least two infestations going on at the same time. The itching indicates pinworms -- so they must be present. But what I am seeing in the stool are not pinworms -- so there is also something else going on.
Since the herbal treatments and generic zapping seem to be pretty much the same for all parasites, I guess there is no need to make a positive identification of any given parasite. Of couse, if using a frequency generator, it would be nice to match the zap frequency with the pathogen ...
