mystery bump

i had a bump on my ankle today. it was raised, round and less than 5mm across. it appeared to be filled with a clear fluid so i burst it and the liquid was clear. i have no idea where it came from, but it just looked like a blister, like from a burn. any ideas on it? sorry i dont have a pic. i am not worried, just curious as to what it might be.
