I've had success with 30 packets
pour it all out don't eat it individually from the packet or you will get too full. better to sqeeze it all out on a plate and then scoop up with a spoon in a few spoonfuls.
I've done both with the ES and with Magnesium Citrate. Did Master-Cleanse once (1 10 oz bottle as the dose before bedtime) has some very small stones nothing huge but I am also taking chinese bitters and coptis from julia changs site http://www.sensiblehealth.com and it crushes the stones so I see a lot of stone casings floating on top now and not the actual huge grape sized stones from previous flushes.

When I use ES I encapsulate it and drink juice separately. empty capsules can be obtained at http://www.iherb.com takes a little time but tastier. The Master-Cleanse was the easiest though

yes, I do believe this would work for children (just get the right es and mc dose, i'd imagine it would be less or feed them chlorella)
