Happy Birthday!! Mine was the 3rd. I too fell overwhelmed alot of the time. Raising two active boys, working full time, having a husband and a home etc.. Is enough to overwhelm anyone. I noticed right before my birthday, I felt 100% worse! I'm not sure if it's just a case of the Birthday Blues or if it's a reminder that we are not getting an younger and we all have a purpose here, on earth. If we are not on our path, you may be experiencing a sense of urgency to get doing what you came to do. Does that make sense?

Everyone has at least one spirit guide. They change from time to time depending on what you need at that time. Have you ever meditated? If so you can reach your spirit guide in that manner. ***The most important thing you have to be able to do is LISTEN. Your guide(S) are with you at all times (not always a family member either)if you talk to them (even in your head) they will answer. You have to have an open mind, a little quite doesn't hurt and the ability to remember what you asked and look and listen. Our answers do not always come in the form of a voice, but in a sign on the highway, at the grocery store, on tv. YOU will know when you "see" your sign. I can't explain how you just will.

An example: My fathers favorite saying was "Piece of Junk" everything was a piece of junk to him. LOL

He passed away unexpectedly October 21, 2003 he was 53. The day of his funeral, we were sitting in our car, behind the hurse and a big truck went by and the writting on the side, said " GOT JUNK". That was a message from my dad.

As for missing your grandmother, I'm sorry. I do know how it feels to miss someone so much your heart feels like it is going to fall out. My son died 9 years ago. I still feel that pain every single day!

Just "talk" to her, she to can hear you. Maybe, she is trying to comminucate with you, just to say hi, I'm okay. Instead of recieving her message, it might be to painfull for you. Your constant missing her is away for her to get your attention.
