Re: Apple Cider Vinegar=candida?

I take a tablespoon with just enough distilled water to create one swallow. I add 6 drops of Christopher's cayenne. I take it up to 1/2 hour before heavy meals. Sometimes I take it after. (Make sure you chew some baking soda gum or brush your teeth to help remove the acid).

I've seen people use it in the presence of candida. Apple cider may have a pH-balancing effect in the intestines stopping candida growth and helping the body to digest fat and other nutrients.

The Country Herbalist recommends using ACV in a different way - I have no knowledge/experience with this at all. http://www.countryherbalist.com/CandidaRelf.htm
