Now of course this is a far cry from the topic at hand, But where do people draw the line at what controlling the weather really is?

One must realize that the most valuable knowledge, wouldn't very well be common knowledge,
for if it where, it wouldn't be so valuable. thus negating the need for terms like (top secret)

And regardless of what ones opinion is on what goes on in top secret research.
it can not be denied that such research does indeed go on.

The idea of weather manipulation has been around for a long time. and to think that something is completely impossible just because it isn't common knowledge is narrow minded thinking. when people understand that just because an idea is beyond there own understanding, that it doesn't make it completely impossible, That would be a good first step in the right direction for them.
