Even if by some chance you actually did know more than anyone here, I'll bet you don't know more than the inventor of HAARP who openly admitts one of it's applications could be used for weather modification.

Let me also mention another weather modification tactic being deployed by the same globlaist controllers. Chemtrails! Many of us have witnessed and known about this covert operation and now the US government is coming out of the closet and making weather modification legit. All these "top Secret" guarded secrets by the Government seem to slowly be finding the light of day. Things like wiretapping by the NRA, Torture, the use of...(insert one of many things here).
