i definitely don't think they were dreams. i think they were evil spirits, ghosts or aliens. only evil people would give you sleep paralysis and come into children's rooms at night and scare them. i think saying "Jesus" when in one of those situations helps. It has for me, though not perfectly. while there are those evil influences in the universe there are also angels and spirits, ghosts, and aliens trying to protect us and themselves. so maybe you may run into a group of them to help fight off the evil beings. But it's definitely real and i've experienced much worse. I don't want to get into it right now. I pray for protection. God bless you. Tweet
