You may get perfectly good help from an osteopath near around you.It is important though that this person know "visceral manipulation" and know how to work with the circulatory system.
Many different kind of therapist are trained in "Integrated Manual Therapy " techniques. I am sorry, but I can not give you any detailed information regarding trained therapist in your area. Try to seek the internet or local telephone directory.
