I too have been taking the Empower plus vitamins for my biplar disorder since August 2005. It has been remarkable making the mental health transition from psychotropic meds to vitamins. My son who was also diagnosed as bp in March of 2005 has been on them since August of 2005. They do work and without the toxicities of the other meds. I don't really care if someone agrees if this works - I can only state my personal experience. As you know there are hosts of people who are getting relief from this product. Tweet
