Lithium aspartate

Just found this, 5 mg. in my health food store. I read up on it, and some psychiatrists are saying that everyone needs at least some, to help prevent Alzheimer's, keep the brain younger, prevent crystallization of uric acid, and many other health problems. It's just a mineral; many states have low levels in the water supply. I'm giving it to my loved one; he slept really well last night. I tried one, to see what it was like; it's quite strong, made me a little drowsy. For heavily bipolar people, it might take quite a lot, but I was able to get it without a doctor's prescription.
