Hi Aunty...I booked an appointment with a dentist in Toronto that removes silver fillings.

Should I exfoliate during the cleanse or wait until it is over? I don't want to aggrevate my skin any further and cause more weeping. I have an all natural oatmeal exfoliate that works great to use in conjuction with the nurish oil. Tweet
