Re: Help Please! Weeping Eczema!

This post helped me so much. Im suffering from weeping eczema going on 4 weeks now. I started the Elimination Diet a week ago, and saw a steady declne in the severity. I would get sad when I had what I considered to be "setbacks", that I now realize weren't setbacks at all.
My skin needed to weep a little more during this process, that's all. It wasnt done yet, it had more to get out. When I saw that I started to heal, I would try not to scratch, which is logical thinking. But there was a thick layer of dead skin. In your subsequent post you mentioned that the dead skin was full of toxins, and your body wants you to slough it off. I would try not to touch or scratch. I figured it would shed as I kept healing. I didnt even like to moisturize the area, because my thighs were fragile and any type of friction however gentle would cause more weeping. Well that went up in smoke this evening when I took one of my keys to my legs, and went to town. It even caused a sexual ogasm. Yes, you heard right. As soon as I started, I began to ogasm.

But your paragraph above supported what happened next. After I scratched myself to holy hell, I sat for 30-45 minutes soaking up the fluid from my legs and thighs with paper towels, as the weeping was profuse. My car is in the shop so I couldnt run to the drug store for medical tape, to wrap my legs in gauze (self adhesive gauze is worthless). I just kept thinking to myself over and over, "tonight is going to be a very long and very uncomfortable night", as I imagined a night like previous nights, full of pain and soaked pajama pants. But I gave in to whatever may lie ahead, and put on a new pair of lounge pants (the first ones got soaked in my scratching fit).

And do you know what happened next?? After another 15 minutes, the weeping stopped!!!!!

It wanted to get out what it wanted to get out, then it stopped. Im healing. Im actually crying right now just thinking about it. And the inflammation isnt too great either. Ive gone raw, vegan, gluten free. Given up the coffee. Ive been alkalinizing as much as possible. Throwing turmeric in all my dishes and salad dressings, learned the value of ACV. This is all in the past week, lol.

I also had eczema around my eyes, and the ACV rinses helped alot. I stopped scratching for a few days, except for tonight. I attacked my eyes too. I was surprised by the amount of weeping that quickly happened. My eyes wanted one more good rubbing, I think.

I know one thing--I cannot wait to receive my Oxypowder . I'm prone to constipation, despite the fact that Ive been chowwing on apples, kale, and beans this week. When I can scrub some of the gunk from my intestines, I'm confident I'll enter the next chapter of healing. And when I complete the 7-day colon cleanse, hopefully I'll be ready for a liver flush.

Your 12-year-old posts helped me alot, Aunty. Reading your old posts has aided me greatly in my healing process. Much love to you, and I hope your nieces are still doing well. Sincerely, KJ
