I put the grass and weeds in a blender with distilled water. Then strain and then put through a natural coffee filter. Then add enough whole maple syrup to make taste GREAT, it one of the finest drinks fit for a king.

Powder is best if dissolved in your mouth and swallowed very slowly.

VERY CHEAP to grow your own right in the house in a flower planter.
