If a tooth bothered me, I would usually place a small piece of garlic by the tooth or gum line and it seemed to work well. However, sometimes, it would hurt from the strength of the garlic. I replaced the garlic with ginger and wa-la, a new idea. I'd cut up a piece about the size of a dime a just leave it there for 15-20 minutes and goodby pain and problem. In fact, chewing on a small piece daily and working up a good blend of saliva is a good idea and helps me..............peace
