Something to consider when taking Garlic with metal fillings.
I just realized-- if you have any mercury fillings in your mouth- it may be wise to watch the garlic intake- as with any chelating thing taken in your body-- it should be done when the mercury fillings are all OUT of the body.
I wouldnt even eat Cilantro if I still have mercury fillings in my mouth- because its just going to leach more mercury vapor out of the fillings into the body and blood/brain barrier. (That is especially true of things containing Alpha Lipoic Acid)
I think if further studies are done on this, they may find that anyone with mercury fillings, mercury used in bridge work or root canals all have bad reactions to foods containing chelating substances such as Garlic, Cilantro, etc., ... and especially the supplements.
Best to take these types of foods when you are finally free of man-made Mercury amalgam fillings (which contain about 50% mercury and the other percentage other toxic metals)
Then you can chelate the existing mercury lodged in the body tissues- without dumping more into your body from existing fillings.
