About Herpes: what you say about having outbreaks = being stronger is the opposite of what people always say, that when Herpes shows, it means that Immune System is weakened, or else it would not allow HSV outbreak.
Anyway I never had an outbreak before getting pregnant, and after delivery I've had even more, don't know if there is a meaning.

About pregnancy/delivery. I've had a wonderful pregnancy without any trouble unless MD's invadence. They wanted me to eat 2-3 times what I was used to, which was impossible to me. They went on saying I was not fattening enough and I had a lot of ultrasounds to check baby's health, which is very unsafe, and I swear that there'll be not a 2nd time. Luckily, I could refuse every shot and pill when I had my delivery, I had my baby the natural way, painful but joyful, too.

Now baby is 6 months and except for tasting some apple or banana puree she's just breastfed. H can you convince yr baby to fast? If
I gave her herbal tea instead of milk she would cry and could not sleep. Maybe you just put some honey in it to calm her hunger? I'm drinking herbal teas that are supposed to help milk supply such as Agnus Castus or Ricinus Communis.

I agree with you about MD's always thinking about their business and trying to threaten and scare people, especially pregnant women
that are very likely to feel guilty when refusing what MD suggests.
