Herpes, what to do...help

dear MH,
I have herpes HSV2 every 2 months. I cannot find any relief. Do you know any herb to fight the outbreaks when the very first symptoms occur? I feel it' s going to strike in a few hours. Is there any food that I must avoid? Any tip is welcome, thank you MH and other helping hands (hundreds of them!!) on curezone
