What problems are you having with the pill?
Have you tried a lower doseage of estrogen or progestrone only pill? That sometimes helps a littl better. (birth control is a little more difficult to do naturally)
It is almost guaranteed that you will suffer more problems with the Mirena IUD than with the pill.
