#19236 J could you please read and respond

J I posted this response at a different place and I assume you did not read it so here it is again....

J thanks for sharing your experiences with us and hopefully the results as you progress with your OJ fast.

I have a few questions I would like to ask and hope that you will share you answers openly with the group.

It sounds that you have been following the Clark protocols for some time so I am assuming that you have cleaned your colon tract throughly before you began the OJ fast thus eliminating any posssible problems of left over fecal matter.

So here are my questions:

What are you looking for to indicate to you that the fast is finished?

When and if this time comes how and what are your intentions on how to break the fast? It is my understanding that great damage can be done if a long term fast is broken incorrectly..in some cases death has been the result.

What were your reasons to begin the fast?

Was there a medical condition that prompted its inception in your mind?

And what are your plans as far as your diet and nutrition needs to change damages that were done in the past and to prevent them in the future?

Have you noticed any other changes occuring other than your skin?
