I'm going to do the orange-juice fast also, but I am going to do the cleansings and flushes first.

Not doing these first would be similar to trying to redecorate an old house without clearing out the old wallpaper, walls, kitchens, etc., and doing the basic repairs first! After the junk is out, and the repairs done, then the new paint and wallpaper will look terrific!

The drawback to gaining knowledge is that you understand WHY things are done a certain way -- As I once read: Knowledge unused is a sin. With knowledge, the proper course is taken. With the proper course being taken, then the proper result should be gained.

Patience for the long haul!
