The method to cool the internal organs and get the lymph glands (mucus) flowing in the right directions is the sitz bath done correctly. It cost nothing to do and save a life when nothing else can and normally in 15 minutes or less. The book on this method is over 400 pages and what I call advanced learning in Nature and several other books must be read first and self applied and experienced first! This is why I don't like explaining too many things in advance! You are given a path to travle when you accept Nature. If you run ahead too fast and did not learn what was needed first, in my opinon you will fail. Guidance is an extreme gift and should not be abused. So when I speak of simple methods and keep it mysterious as you state, I am only saying those that have learned to be disease free, should be given more methods.

Who was Applous? I am a poor speller and type with 2 fingers, so I will miss spell many words, Applous being one of them. basically when you seek the meanings of ancient writings dating back to the pyramids, etc. you will find many famous people. Appolus being one of the most famous of all. His name was erased in the 4th century, but his history still remains! He was the best known man and the most respected man in all the earth. He never accepted dead food to his mouth or had want of a mate. It takes a good size book to finish this story!

If you have read the new testament Bible, you will have read the storys of Paul. Paul was much more than the Bible writes. The story may surprise you or even depress you depending on what yu have been educated to believe. I will stop there, you can look up such books on the web and learn for your self and decide for your self if the stories are fiction or have truth. It is too much to discuss openly.
