Re: neti pot

I haven't had a cold, sinusitis or bronchitis for over 10 years, since I started using a neti nose pot. You can get them at a health food store or on the internet. It's a little pot with a spout you put in one nostril and the warm salt water flows out the other side. I've given away lots of them, and everyone who tried it is impressed and keeps using them - got rid of one friend's migraines and another's allergies (he was ready to move to another part of the country because of them).
