I saw several large pieces of what look very much like parasites in your flush photos. Maybe you should look into parasite cleansing. YOu asked if they were Gallstones or liver stone-- I don't know. I think it doesn't really matter, and that all stones start out in the liver before becoming lodged in the gallbladder where they calcify. SOme stones actually end up in the pancrease when the gallbladder is overloaded. Hence the connection between Gallstones and insulin related disorders. You mentioned needing the strainer as some of your stones didn't flaot. The ones that don't float are usually calcified or contain heavy metals-- that generally happens during storage in the gallbladder. liver stones are more likely to be floaters.
