Reincarnation & dastardly deeds

Hello,
Most people give the same advice about dealing with things you've done in past lives - "you're a different person now, so drop it." But if you really believe in reincarnation, you aren't really a different person now...think Buddhist ideas of karma. You pay in this life for what you did in past ones.

I not only killed a few people in past lives, I possessed others and made them do the killing for me. Yeah, it sounds outlandish and crazy. But I saw it, and nothing else explains the post traumatic stress disorder and guilt that has been with me forever, making me so defensive that my health failed. I'm no nut - I'm a successful executive who worked for a company you've heard of.

I've found shamanism to be useful and interesting, as well as Holotropic breathwork. Many therapists will tell you the only way to deal with these issues is to relive them and the associated emotions, after which the impact goes away. But reliving them requires altered brain states - as in drumming, meditation, LSD, peyote, ayuasca, etc, and those are illegal unless you can afford to go to South America or Amsterdam. I saw a shaman in SA who helped some, but it takes a lot of time to deal with something of this magnitude.

Telling yourself you're different now is only putting a bandaid on a limb that has been amputated and is still bleeding. You have to really dig in to deal with past life stuff, and it's not an easy or fast process. But it can be done...
