Yes, I would be concerned if I were you. My husband's granddaughter was doing something similar, and it was found that she was abused. I did the same thing when I was little, and I had been sexually abused.

Please investigate. The only other thing I can think of that she might have learned this from other kids or seen some movies.

I have seen another forum here about this; can't think of the name.
