Good to hear from a fellow 'Hamster.

Taking Instrumentation at BTC no doubt, I did as well. Can't say that electronics really helped the field as a career though. Now all we do is change transducers, and endless data-logging.

I liked the "old days" with the mechanical instruments myself-now there is a true art form. try making a pneumatic calculator! Moved on to elevators for the craftsmanship.
