murder n. the killing of a human being by a sane person, with intent, malice aforethought (prior intention to kill the particular victim or anyone who gets in the way), and with no legal excuse or authority. In those clear circumstances, this is first degree murder.

That one was just almost too easy...especially considering the history on this board that most pro-choicers consider abortion to be murder, and would never have one themselves on this basis due to the ensuing guilt. The pro-choice movement has a hard time convincing people that abortion doesn't kill an unborn human being, they just consider the mother's "rights" more important. But many moral, logical people can't get past the definition as stated above.
