don't kid yourself
Isn't Alan Guttmacher an M.D. who graduated from Harvard and appears to have research interests in genome research. I like to know how you think this might figure into his institute work and the publishing of your genocide article.
If you look his name up on the internet you'll see the following is an example of his reseach interests.
"Physicians in the era of genomic medicine will have the opportunity to move from intense, crisis-driven intervention to predictive medicine. Over the next decade or two, it seems likely that we will screen entire populations or specific subgroups for genetic information in order to target interventions to individual patients that will improve their health and prevent disease."
So does that sound good to you? I didn't spent a lot of time on it, but it looked like another drug developing scheme. Some people never learn.
Getting back to your statement that African American women are worse off in regard to
Breast Cancer if they had an abortion--I say they are not. This is another correlation, like I talked about in the post below, because you have not provided any cause for this interesting correlation. So you don't have an argument. No Cause = No Argument.
Did you ask the question is there a selective group of women within this race that is getting the abortion? Are they equal to everybody else (within their race) in everything? Are economics and/or education factors reasons that are SELECTING this group within the group(ie race) to have abortions in the first place?
Rather than abortions per se causing cancer as in A causing B. You ought to inform yourself if another factor like C is causing both A and B.
The C factor could be the economic and education levels.
You are driving down a country road in the rain and as you drive by a large tree about 10 feet from the road, lightning strikes the tree. Just because the lightning struck the tree at the same time you passed it, does that mean you caused the tree to fall over or catch fire? You have two things happening at the same time. It does not mean one caused the other. You pass the tree and it falls over, does that mean you caused it?
Although your article is interesting, there are causal factors you haven't looked into, so your article is not what it's cracked up to be by its title.
