Yes it is possible, but you have to constantly work at it. I am 43 and have had a prolapsed uterus since 18 when I had my first child by c-section. I have been able to correct it to a bearable condition with rebounding. That is bouncing on a mini-trampoline. I have to do it often, 3 to 4 times a day in 15 minute sets, spread out over the day. Taking vitamin c helped too. It strengthens the connective tissue.
