Anyone starting Sunday or Monday?
I will be doing a
Liver Flush Monday night. I finished a 10 day
Master-Cleanse last week, and will be doing mostly apple juice for the next few days, but eating solids today. Tomorrow after breakfast, I'll start on liquids only, primarily apple juice to aid with my liver flush.
I have a
Watermelon and 2 pineapples. My favorite juices to get me started. Like dessert, instead of denial! Upon completion of my flush, I'll be going straight into my fast. I think I'll do a combo juice fast/MC, and see how far I can get.
My starting weight 2 weeks ago was 242.5
Finished 10 day
Master-Cleanse at 227.5 (lost 15 pounds)
Regained 9 this week (I tend to hold a lot of water when not fasting; always drops off in the first few days). Goal weight for this fast is 199. I'll be doing
Liver Flushes about every 2 weeks, but will continue to stick with liquids, for up to a month, to get under 200 pounds. Then I'll be adding in ONLY fruits, raw vegees, and a few steamed vegees until I get under 190. That way, if I regain my water weight, I'll still be under 200 pounds!
My long term goal is to maintain around 175. I'll be fasting periodically, and sticking with a high-raw diet to reach this goal.
