Oh, you will lose weight on them all. I like Watermelon b/c it's cheap (you juice the rind, too). Apple-kale, or Apple-celery.... carrot-apple is YUMMY, and if you want to really cut fat, DO GRAPEFRUIT JUICE. It is NOTORIOUS for cutting cellulite! Have fun with it, totally. Drink water, too. Juice fasting is sooo satisfying, I feel like a queen. Water-fasting, I feel like death.
