yup. it's very hard not to binge. I thought I had changed all these eating patterns, but you don't change them, you just STOP them. That is another reason why it is important to be locked up. Seriously, medical supervision is the only way to do it in today's toxic world, and even then I'm no longer a believer. PLUS, what you eat after the fast is really where the magic happens. I did it for health reasons too (ended up curing my HPV without trying), but you cleanse all your cells. it is important to build them correctly. Bad food after a fast is cellularly WAY WORSE than toxic food is on an every day level, which is still really bad. I've talked to fasting doctors who agree it's tough not to binge. And you always bloat after a fast, no matter what, when you start eating. After waterfasting, you feel so thin and pure, and you can bloat like hell from nothing. It messes with your mind.
juicing is less severe, and you still lose major weight but have all this energy. I've water fasted 34, 28, 24, and fewer day fasts over the last few years. I was militant about it (still don't know how I did it -- it is SO miserable!!! Your brain works great, though! :-) But
juicing is just the best of both worlds: energy, nutrition, vibrance....you're not bedridden, like on your deathbed, but you still lose tons of weight AND heal tons of ailments.
