Hey! I'm definately what you'd call an amateur in this world, but I am looking to start tomorrow. It would be great knowing there are others going through this as well. I think the first day or two is going to be the hardest for me, so I'll be on here trying to find a bit o' support. My goal is to get down to 130-135 within the next two weeks (which would be about 15 lbs lost). Right now, I plan on doing a water fast. but plain green tea can be helpful, right? Anyways, I'm sure I'll be posting more in the days to come.
