Great! Although I actually meant I would be eating the apples because juice causes too many blood Sugar swings. Can't wait to get started. I plan on doing it for 2 weeks and I hope to lose 15 pounds like the last time I did it. I'm 5'3 1/2(just had to put it), starting weight is 145. My goal weight for the fast is 130 plus the 2 to 5 pounds I usually gain back. That leaves only 10 pounds till my ultimate goal of 120-125. Yeah!
