Re: Please KEEP breastfeeding!
Life-n-Light: thank you for your encouragement. As far as having an excuse for extra weight is concerned, that has not worked for me. somehow i think breastfeeding is not an excuse at all, probably because I see other new moms still in great shape, some breastfeeding moms even shed off weight faster. Ok I know that our bodies are different but STILL.....!!!!! What upsets me more even is the fact that while breastfeeding my first child, I lost so much weight that I don't remeber being that thin in about 15 years AND THEN CAME THE BOMB WITH MY SECOND ONE!!!! I sometimes feel that I may never get back in shape soon.
I CANNOT EVEN WEAR MY WEDDING RING!!! MY FINGERS HAVE BECOME TOO FAT!!! I HAVE REFUSED TO GET MY RING ADJUSTED. LAST WEEKEND I TRIED TO GET INTO MY WEDDING DRESS, IF YOU SAW ME YOU WOULD UNDERSTAND. I COULDN'T EVEN GET IT PAST MY CHEST!!!!! I have doubled my pre-marriage weight!!!!!
BUT AT ALL COST I WILL WAIT FOR THE NEXT FOUR MONTHS TO PASS QUICKLY, I HOPE.
Melagirl: Thank you for you king words nd encouragement. I will try your recommended plan. I sure can use that in the mean time until I go DRASTIC after nursing . I hope it works even if it just means maintaining my FATLOAD!!!!! As for excersing it will be easier because I already walk in the mornings and evenings - My workplace is a 30 minutes walk from home so I walk regularly. I just try to walk a bit faster in the eveings and I have to go past an uphill in the evenings going home. I think you are right with cutting on
Sugar and processed grains. I will try to go more fruit and Veg.
To ALL: I appreciate assistance in whatever way, thank you to all, even to those who are just silently taking their time reading my posts, thanks a lot.
