but really i think its just because my metabolism didnt slow as much as it can with water.
when eating...i am the type of person that usually can lose if i just cut out any junk. and i can do it without exercise.
i am not very active right now. one of the reasons i got heavy. so i know with the relief my knee has from this weight loss...when i start being active again..keeping this loss off will not be that hard (hopefully)
i am thinking of getting a japanese cookbook and eating like that for awhile or eating raw vegan for awhile...i dunno. maybe i will mix them.
