Anyone wanna join
Hey everyone I am going back on to fasting I just feel so much better when I do then when I eat. This is my plan of attack and if any of you want to join that would be awesome! I am currently 184 and I want to be 115 with allowing 10 lbs to be gained back so over all 65 lbs however I know I can easily lose 10 lbs in like 3 days or less and then it will be about a few weeks to actually lose the desiered amount. I am not wanting to be 115 I want to be were I can wear about a size 5 or 3 and I at a 9 right now. So I was wondering if anyone wants to join me. We will list our stats daily and keep track of
inch loss!

Female
Fast: water and some coffee for energy and maybe a protien shake with only 5 calories
Starting: 8:30 on Saturday (6/10)
First Goal Weight: 150 (7/10)
Second Goal Weight: 130 (7/30)
Final Goal Weight: 115 (8/15)
i am gonna succeede im not going to constantly fast for 3 months I am going to fast till i reach my goal weight eat for a week or so then begin again or eles the fast will eventually die out!
