Hey everyone I am going back on to fasting I just feel so much better when I do then when I eat. This is my plan of attack and if any of you want to join that would be awesome! I am currently 184 and I want to be 115 with allowing 10 lbs to be gained back so over all 65 lbs however I know I can easily lose 10 lbs in like 3 days or less and then it will be about a few weeks to actually lose the desiered amount. I am not wanting to be 115 I want to be were I can wear about a size 5 or 3 and I at a 9 right now. So I was wondering if anyone wants to join me. We will list our stats daily and keep track of inch loss!
My STATS:
Bust-36
Waist 28.75
Hips-37
Thigh-22
Arms-12
Calves-15
Pant size 11/9
Weight -180
Female
Fast: water and some coffee for energy and maybe a protien shake with only 5 calories
Starting: 8:30 on Saturday (6/10)
First Goal Weight: 150 (7/10)
Second Goal Weight: 130 (7/30)
Final Goal Weight: 115 (8/15)
i am gonna succeede im not going to constantly fast for 3 months I am going to fast till i reach my goal weight eat for a week or so then begin again or eles the fast will eventually die out!

This is a reply to # 703,971Hi.. I think it's really exciting what your doing! Are you fasting on Juice? Water? I'm really new at this.. but this is day 7 for me on a juice fast and I've lost 15 pounds so far. So it's going pretty good. I have A LOOOOTTTTT to lose. I started at close to 300 pounds and now I'm hanging in around 285. I plan to fast through to the end of June and then give it a rest on raw foods and then return to fasting for another hunk of weight loss. My goal is to reach a size 14. I really don't want to get smaller than that because my son's father for some reason likes me with weight on me.. so any smaller would upset him and that's not what I'm aiming for. I just want to look better and FEEL better!! I'd be happy to follow along with you the best I can .. I don't have any measurments or anything like that though, but I can post my weight and things like that. I've been finding A LOT of help here at this forum and it's helped me to keep my mind off eating. There is so much help and info here!
Anyhow, just wanted to say congrats on giving it a go... I'm excited to see how you do! I'm sure you'll do great!

I have started a Water Fast today, i have never tried this before but i am desperate now to lose weight, i have tried everything!, i am not sure what my weight is right now as my scale broke, (well i think the kids broke it) anyway i will go to my parents and weigh myself today, my goal is to lose about 60 pounds i know it will take some time, i drink alot of water normally as i dont drink milk, juice, soda, etc. I would love to have some support on the computer as my friends and family might think i've gone crazy by doing this, however they just dont understand what it is like to want to lose weight but cant seem to do it, so any support would be grateful, i am going to start fasing with water for 7 days. I wish everyone including myself great results!
